An Alan Francis Consultant will visit and give your property a full market appraisal based on our knowledge of the area and current market conditions. This service is free of charge and without obligation. Our aim is to obtain the highest possible rent for you whilst ensuring the property does not remain empty. We are fully aware that empty properties cost our landlords dearly. We have an extensive list of corporate and private tenants looking for suitable properties. Your property can be let on an assured shorthold tenancy basis initially for a period of 6 months which can then be extended.
