Depending on how much involvement you wish to have on the let of your property, we offer three levels of service aimed to meet your individual needs. However, we adopt a flexible attitude and are able to offer a tailor-made service should you so require. In brief, our service levels are as follows:
This is our most comprehensive service, offering a complete management and administrative service for landlords who may not have the time to deal directly with tenants or monitor a tenancy due to residing overseas or other commitments. We will manage the day to day issues, such as repairs, 24 hour emergency call-outs and rental payments.
Letting, Rent Collection and Accounting
This service is ideal for those landlords who wish to take control of the maintenance of the property but who may not wish to deal with inspections or the collection of rent. Should you opt for this service, we will not be involved in any aspect of maintenance or repairs to the property and you will be required to liaise with tenants/contractors direct on these issues.
This service is most suited to experienced landlords who have the time and resources to deal with any issues that arise from renting their property. The Letting Only service is designed to find a tenant for landlords who will be arranging their own management of the property. Accordingly, you will be responsible for all property management including registering the deposit with a Government approved scheme, collection of rent thereon, chasing any rent arrears (and serving the appropriate notices on time), carrying out property inspections, check-outs, tenancy renewals and co-ordination of maintenance or repairs to the property, laising with tenants and contractors direct.
