Christmas / New Year Office Hours & Tenant Maintenance Issues

OUR CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR OFFICE HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Fri 22nd Dec:  Open 8.30 am to 4.00 pm

Sat 23rd Dec – Wed 27th Dec:  CLOSED

Thurs 28th Dec & Fri 29th Dec:  Open 9 am – 5.00 pm

Sat 30th Dec – Mon 1st Jan 2018:  CLOSED

Tues 2nd Jan 2018:  Normal Hours Resume

Tenants with Christmas/New Year Maintenance Issues:

FOR GAS LEAKS CALL TRANSCO IMMEDIATELY ON 0800 111 999.

During the period that our office is closed, emergency plumbing and electrical cover will be provided by Gas & Electrical Services on 07852 599 234. On Christmas Day and Boxing Day we would ask that you contact the contractor only in absolute emergencies, such as water leaks.

Please bear in mind that, although contractors may be able to diagnose faults, parts may not be available to purchase during this period, therefore, repairs to boilers and heating systems may be difficult.

For any non-essential maintenance issues, please e-mail the office at lettings@alanfrancis.co.uk where your repairs will be dealt with upon our return.

If your oven isn’t working, please check to ensure the timer is off before calling a contractor.
